Returns & Exchanges
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order and product return information to discuss. You may proceed to mail the item back to us upon receiving our confirmation email.
For your return to be valid, it has to be mailed back within 14 working days from the date the parcel was delivered.
Where possible, we will offer to exchange faulty items. If an exchange is not possible and the exact same item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund. Please note that JoliKids.SG will not accept any returns of used or washed goods.
JoliKids.SG cannot pay for shipping costs or any other related costs for returns and refunds. Additional duties, taxes or any other additional charge will also not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be posted with tracking number to ensure delivery.
All returns must be securely packaged and returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with packaging and price tags intact. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the buyer.
RECEIVING A REFUND FOR YOUR ITEM(S)Refunds will be made to you within 10 working days of when the returned item(s) are received by Jolikids.SG. The refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or PayPal account.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or purchased in the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the exact same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order and product exchange information to discuss.
Our friendly crew, will assist you with the options and availability. We treasure our crew and hope to gain mutual respect (treat them how you want to be treated).
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Note that our suggested ages may not be perfect for every child. For greater confidence in your size selection, please refer to the measurements on the pages of the product you are interested in.

We do not accept returns or exchange for the above, as our items are made to order unless faulty or not what you ordered. Please kindly read all item descriptions carefully and ask any questions you might have before making your purchase.
NOTE: Purchases of SALE items strictly CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
